Return Policy
While we want you to be happy with each purchase you make at Millie & Me, we realize that there may be times where an item just doesn’t work out for you.
With that in mind, we offer returns for Store Credit.
Items can be returned for store credit only; we cannot issue refunds. All returns must be received within 10 days of the date that your order was delivered. Because our inventory moves so quickly, exchanges are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless there was an error on our part or you have an item with a manufacturer defect. Please make sure that you ship with tracking information as Millie & Me will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in return transit. Insurance is highly recommended.
If you receive an item that is incorrect or has damage, you must notify us via email within 48 hours of receipt. MillieandMeTN@gmail.com
Returned items must be in original condition with all tags still attached. Items must be un-worn, un-washed, and free of dirt, pet hair, deodorant stains, or make up stains. They also must be free of smells such as smoke, perfume, pets, etc.
Millie & Me reserves the right to reject any item for return for any of the conditions listed above. In the event your return is rejected, you will be responsible for shipping fees to return the item to you.
Anything purchased on Last Chance sales, Clearance sale, or with a coupon code are all Final Sale and not eligible for return. In addition, item such as leggings, hats, caps, and bralettes are not eligible for return. Personalized items are also exempt from returns.
